ANOTHER CAB CATCHES FIRE AFTER AN ACCIDENT

Dear A.S.S. Editor

Another case of a TransCab taxi catching fire after an accident was reported in the press today. No details of the original accident were given, but the taxi, a Toyota Wish, caught fire in the aftermath of the accident that happened along Marymount Road near the junction of Sin Ming Avenue on Monday afternoon.

SCDF officers managed to put out the fire, but a 50 year old man, believed to be the taxi driver, suffered burn injuries and was conveyed to the Singapore General Hospital. The same model cab, a Toyota Wish, also caught fire at Buona Vista on April 30, where a viral video showed the cab exploded and injured four people.

Now, another cab of the same model also caught fire, although thankfully, no explosion occurred. Investigations are ongoing.
