MCDONALDS’ CUSTOMERS FILMED & HARASSED NEW SERVICE CREW FOR SLOW SERVICE

So let me tell you a story that happened on Sunday 21st May. I was at McDonald’s Serene Centre to have my lunch, and there was this HUGE crowd waiting for their order and few staff, including a new crew. Having used to work at McD, I understood how it was like for the staff.

But there were 2 groups that stood out, one local couple and a British guy with his wife and kids. Both of them were hogging the front of the counter, complaining and recording videos of the staff getting stressed out, all in plain view of young kids.

You see ah, this is why I lose faith in humanity. I get that these jokers
waited for a long time for their order, but a few things:-

1. THERE WAS A HUGE CROWD AT BEHIND THEM AND EVEN FEWER STAFF, INCLUDING A
NEW CREW LEARNING THE ROPES! Pardon me but are you so blind that you didn’t
see how stressful it was for the staff? Are your brains that far up your
asses that you expect EVERYONE to be at your beck and call?
2. It’s a goddamn Sunday. Sundays are ALWAYS the busiest times of the week
for ANY F&B outlet. If it was an early weekday, I’d understand. But it’s a
mid-weekend. Crew sure won’t have time to attend to you immediately.
3. The order system was clearly malfunctioning. Did you not see that? It was
definitely gonna be difficult to bring out the orders.
4. Your behaviour in front your kids. You have a right to express your
feelings but you are also setting a bad example to your kids. If you’re gonna
voice out, don’t do it at the expense of your kids or your friends.

Okay I’ve bitched enough. Just have some goddamn graciousness, will you?
You’re not gonna die from it.
