I saw this video online where a man and woman caned their young primary school daughter at the bottom of blk 410 Jurong West in the evening.
The woman stood over the little girl and books were thrown on the ground. The girl pleaded for mercy and said "i dont want" in chinese many times. The mother tore up a piece of paper and caned the girl.
The father soon came into the fray and caned the girl 4 times before she was told to pick up her stuff and get into the car. It is unclear what happened with the girl afterwards.
