PASIR RIS HDB WINDOW FALLING APART, OWNER REFUSED TO GET IT REPAIRED DESPITE WARNING

I would like to complain about an irresponsible person whose house window is in a broken and falling state opposite my blk in Pasir Ris (Block 104) .. after I saw that I tried to call to call the town council to report butt as today is half day the office closed.

Then I go straight to the house and inform the owner about the broken window and he just said I Check it and just close the door like he is not responsible for anything..

I dun think he is the owner and till now the window is just as in a falling state it is located in Pasir Ris Blk 104 st 12….
