Dear A.S.S. Editor
Singapore’s high unemployment rate partly contributed by the bad HR recruitment framework. Gender, experiences and age are often the main blocks in the hiring process as hr personnel do not consider the qualified local applicant’s inspiration and positive attitude towards the job.
Meaning to say that hr’s bias play a bigger role in the structural unemployment in Singapore. Yes, experiences do count but most of the time, they are ridiculously stated beyond reason and then excusably fitted with incompetent FTs, resulting locals deny chances of getting the job.
The govt must fine tune the HR recruitment framework to ensure no Singaporeans are being biased against in the recruitment process.
