SCDF HERO IN TAXI BLAST ONLY HAD MINOR INJURIES

Dear A.S.S. Editor

The firefighter who was caught in the taxi blast at Commonwealth Avenue on Sunday has been discharged, and thankfully he suffered only minor injuries.

From the videos we have seen of the accident, it was really fortunate that he was not seriously injured. We should all take a moment and salute this real hero. He went out there to do his duty, without fear for his own safety, and ended up getting hurt.

He could have been someone’s son, brother, husband, father or friend, so imgaine the huge sacrifice he made discharging his duty. Just glad that he is ok, and can return safely to his family.
