A netizen has complained about a shop at Jurong, which has allegedly tricked a woman with low IQ to buy useless products from them despite knowing about her mental condition.
The netizen, Joanna Tan, wrote that she had secretly followed her mentally challenged aunt one day and found her being cheated by shop assistants at the shop located at Block 502 in Jurong. At the shop, she saw 2 foreign shop assistants asking her derisively, “You have money or not?”
She also provided pictures showing how many purchases her aunt had made from that shop, all of which were mostly cosmetics that her aunt would never be able to use.
