A group of men were filmed by passersby at Tekka Centre on Saturday at about 5PM just as they were locked in a tense dispute.
According to the video taker, the men had been drinking when someone “came to find trouble”. The video taker could not understand what the men were talking about and what the argument was about.
The men were dispersed by auxiliary police officers at the scene, who were alerted to the scene while they were patrolling nearby.
