Vandals have scrawled gang-related graffiti on the walls and pillars of Singapore’s Bugis district over what appears to be a dispute with members from the number 18 gang.
According to netizens who posted the photos of a pillar at Bugis+ (near retailer Pull & Bear) and another wall at Fu Lu Shou UOB, the words written in Mandarin read as a challenge to come out and settle the scores in a fight.
The 18 gang is among the numerous secret societies still in operation in Singapore.
Police investigations are underway.
