HAI SING STUDENTS FIGHTING IN SCHOOL COUNSELLED AND DISCIPLINED

The two students who were videoed involved in a fight in school have been counselled and appropriate disciplinary measures taken against them. This was confirmed by the students’ school, Hai Sing Catholic School.

It was also reported that the boy who was severely beaten up called the police after the incident. A spokesman for the school said that the school ” has addressed the matter with appropriate disciplinary measures and counselled the students involved”. “We have also been working with their parents to help our students learn from the incident,” said the spokesman.

Police are currently investigating the case. Singapore schools now getting from bad to worse? Police have to step in time and again for cases between students.
