GIANT CATERPILLARS HAVE INVADED SINGAPORE… AT YISHUN

A netizen, Christopher Yep, has sent us some images of giant caterpillars announcing their invasion of Singapore… starting with Yishun.

According to the netizen, these photos were taken of a tree along Yishun Ring Road.

Before anyone thinks these giant caterpillars really are invading Singapore, Mothership.sg has clarified that these caterpillars are Atlas moth caterpillars. They can grow up to the length of a person’s hand and a girth of at least 2 fingers put together.
