Does anyone know this guy from Jamco Optical at Katong shopping mall B1?

He is the definition of “going an extra mile”. My dad wanted to change his flight details from 1255pm to 6pm as he needed a pair of spectacles urgently. At 1130am, the bosses’s Son called my dad to inform him not to change his flight as he will rush to the airport.

At 12pm, we saw him from afar as he was running and waving at us. Drenched in sweat, he adjusted the spectacle for my dad before my dad rushed off for his flight. If it wasn’t for his effort, my dad would need to go through a Long hassle of flight change and it would have affected his business trip. Thank you Jamco Optical.

I Guess good service is a new marketing today because these people care.
