This case happen to me on 9th April.
During top up your touch n go, remember to check the receipt they gave to you.
For my case, I pass the cashier at the ‘tambah nilai’ booth RM200 for top up. I mentioned to her ‘top up dua ratus ringgit’.
But when I take a look the refill amount show RM100 only. When I ask her why the refill amount RM100 only? She just ‘sorry sorry’ and refill another RM100 to me.
I also saw some people post at Facebook mentioned give RM 100 but refill RM90 only. If we didn’t check the receipt, our hard earned money will fly in to others pocket.
