MAN SMOKING AWAY UNDER NO SMOKING SIGN AT POLYCLINIC

This bald headed bloke was seen smoking at the Geylang East Polyclinic this morning 3 Apr at 9.45am.

He was looking at the No Smoking sign on the wall but continued to smoke there! What a dickhead selfishly smoking with blatant disregard for the No Smoking Law especially at a medical centre! The entire waiting area was smoky and irritated many non-smokers.
