TWO PLANES ALMOST COLLIDED AT CHANGI AIRPORT, NO ONE WAS HURT

Dear A.S.S. Editor

Was there a serious lax of control from both pilots and the personnel at the Changi Airport Control Towers when the Scoot and the Emirates planes had a minor collision last night? How can the two planes be so close to each other, and both preparing to take-off, on the runway at Changi Airport?

It was just luck that this was just a minor incident, and that all passengers from both planes were not hurt. How can Changi Airport, so long an airport always voted for as the best in the world, and with a proud record of not having any crashes happen in all its years of operation, come to this near collision?

Obviously communication was non existent here. Let’s hope investigations done can shed more light on what actually happen. No sweeping under the carpet, please!
