Dear Editors,
i notice some company paying around the same rate of pay to FT worker and Singaporean worker, just like my pass job in kitchen my company paying me 2k a month and FT worker also 2k and we are the same rank in work.
But after CPF i only receive $1,599 and the FT receive $2,000 and don’t need to pay CPF is that fair to Singaporean?
20% of our pay to cpf is to much and i cannot have my own saving without high pay or OT.
