According to a netizen, Ricky Tan, a tissue paper uncle has been cheating customers at Bedok Hawker Center. The man sells his tissue packets at $2 for 3 packets.
However, the netizen noticed that when some customers paid $2 to the tissue paper uncle, he would simply walk away with the money or give 1 packet. This has left several customers angry and cheated. As the amount is a small one, some customers do not pursue the matter.
