SINGAPOREAN CHEF NOT GIVEN OT PAY, FT CHEF GETS OT COS THEY CHEAPER

I was working in a restaurant as a chef, but no matter how hard I work, my boss just refused to give me any OT pay. His excuse was that Singaporean worker very expensive, so to pay OT also very expensive.

But I see the other Malaysians and China chefs, this boss willingly give them OT pay, even though they work same OT hours as me. Boss say they are cheap to pay. This makes me so angry and I wanted to resign.

My current pay is only 2k a month, and my boss say that since I bring back 2k a month, I don’t need any OT pay as I earn enough already. He forgot about me having to pay CPF money, is it! After CPF, I only bring home about 1.6k a month. How to survive like that? This restaurant and the boss makes me mad! He only takes care of the cheap employees. To him, Singapore workers no need to care.

I really want to resign. Kenna punished for being Singaporean in Singapore restaurant.
