At blk 322 Hougang Ave 5.. a road accident involving a heavily modified e-bike and another bicycle caused a massive jam.. The bikes were sprawled on the road and this blocked up 2 lanes of the road.
An ambulance was sent to the scene but it is unclear if the rider’s injuries were life threatening. Hoping all the bikers are ok.
