S’POREANS GET LEAST AMOUNT OF SLEEP EVERY NIGHT IN THE WORLD

According to a study published by the journal Science Advances which researched into bedtimes around the world, people in Singapore receive the least amount of sleep in the world (7 hrs 24 mins).

On the other hand, The Netherlands and New Zealand received the most amount of sleep every night (> 8 hrs).

Researchers used the data collected from a sleeping app to deduce how gender, age, country and daylight hours affect our sleep. The study claims that 30 minute lack in sleep cannegatively affect your health over time.
