Dear A.S.S. Editor

Now we have moved on to formal psychological training to combat terrorism! Getting more and more sophisticated. PM Lee said that grassroots leaders will take the lead and receive formal training from mental health professionals to help residents respond and deal with the psychological effects of a terror attack.

Last time, when you of any kind of training to help save lives, it was all about the physical aspect. Now, we have gone one notch higher, being trained in the mental aspect as well. Training and equipping oneself against any kinds of terrorist attack is always good.

Let’s just hope that this training does not translate into having to use it in real life. Because it they have to use it in real life, means that the terrorist threat to Singapore is no longer all talk, but is real. Stay vigilant, everyone!
