CPF ACTIVIST HAN HUI HUI MAY FACE 6 NEW CONTEMPT OF COURT CHARGES

In an email from CPF activist Han Hui Hui, she alerted members of the media that the Singapore AGC has informed her that they intend to commence contempt of court proceedings against her. Miss Han face potentially 6 charges of contempt of court. If AGC proceeds and Ms Han is convicted, she will face a maximum fine of $100,000 and face imprisonment not exceeding 3 years.

Ms Han Hui Hui wrote in her email:

“Singapore’s Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC) has just written to me, informing me that they are intending to commence contempt of court proceedings against me. I potentially face 6 charges.

For each charge, I will face a fine not exceeding $100,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or both.”
