The Uber driver Steve who was filmed arguing with a lady rider has broken his silence and gave his side of the story. He alleged that the lady was rude in the first place and this sparked the heated argument. He claimed that the lady rider is the typical rider drivers dislike because they have such attitudes and should be banned from ride hiring platforms.
“The conversation started with “Why are you so late?, I was about to cancel and leave already”. The rider then shouted, “What do you mean?! You are 10 minutes late! You should be apologising to me!” in a rude and disrespectful manner. Thats how she triggered the argument.
Accuser is the type of riders drivers dislike and already been debated on how riders should behave and these type attitude from riders shall not be tolerated.
They should be banned from using uber or any other ride hiring platforms. Investigations also concluded that this rider was indeed late and unapologetic.
The rider’s account will be banned to facilitate a more safe and respectful experience for both riders and partners.”
