CHANGI AIRPORT ONLY SECOND IN REGION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Singapore’s Changi Airport has lost out to Seoul’s Incheon Airport to be the region’s airport with the best customer service. Changi came in joint second place with Delhi Airport and Mumbai Airport.

While second is a god achievement for most countries, this won’t do for Singapore. We used to take pride in being first in everything. Now, even customer service also we lose out. We are known for a strong labour force, surely customer service should be our strong point?

Looks like back to the drawing board. Must aim to be first for the year 2017.
