FAMILY BBQ ON HDB LEDGE, POTENTIAL KILLER BBQ LITTER?

This appeared on my Facebook newsfeed a few times where the family practice BBQ at their HDB flat service yard drying rack. This is very dangerous should the whole thing fall off and cause fire or hurt passerby.

This family should be staying in the northeast zone in SengKang buangkok or punggol area. Hope the relevant authorities will step in to stop the family from such dangerous act.
