There was a heavy downpour this morning at around 7.20am, 15 Feb 2017 and this car was PARKED at the sheltered Drop-Off Point on the Yellow Line without a Driver inside for more than 20 minutes at Blk 271A Sengkang Central.
So, this is His or Her OWN PARKING LOT lah, other Residents no need use the Shether on Raining Day hor…??????
