SPF ARREST ANG MOH TOURIST ACCUSED OF MOLEST AFTER SOCIAL MEDIA OUTRAGE

The SPF has confirmed that they have arrested a man accused of molesting two ladies outside a restroom at Cross Street and are also looking at “some inappropriate comments” made by a female Police officer to the victims when they went to lodge a report.

The incident was first highlighted by the two ladies’ friend Amanda Lai on her Facebook and had sparked widespread outrage at the brazen behaviour of the two men who claimed they were from Portugal.

Many also expressed indignation at the comments of the police officer who suggested to the victims that the molesters were just “trying to be friendly” as “ang moh culture is different from ours.”
