I refer to your article about the lady who claimed that the Grabcar driver cheated her of $36 even though she ended up not using the Grabcar service.
I am the driver the lady was refering to. I did not cheat the woman of the $36. I have already called her back to say that the app does not allow me to cancel. I only can end the trip and she will be charged. The procedure is she will have to call in for a refund. Everybody knows this.
Because she book and wants to cancel too last min, when I have already press pick up. There is no way for me to cancel anymore. So please, don’t think I cheated her. The lady needs to know how to use the app also.
