Dear Editors,

I was on the Circle Line travelling towards HabourFront at about 9am when I spotted a man who looked like Transport Minister Khaw Boon Wan on the train.

Nobody seemed to notice him and he was just observing his surroundings. When i alighted at Buona Vista MRT, he was still on the MRT. Minister Khaw sure take his job seriously…
