This Foreigner first jaywalked outside Paragon and instead of hurrying across the road when I sounded the horn to warn him about my approach; he actually stop in the middle of the lane and held up traffic and tried to challenge me to a fight.

I didn't comply and was about to call the police when he probably saw the dash cam and left. Look at this kind of #ForeignTrash we have in Singapore, the kind who thinks he is superior, jaywalked and even tried to provoke an altercation when at fault and holding up traffic.

Will the authorities do something to show that Singapore is a law and order country and will have zero tolerance for such bully antics?
