S’POREAN MAY FACE DEATH PENALTY FOR MURDER OF WIFE, 4 Y.O. GIRL’S DEATH UNDER INVESTIGATION

Singaporean Teo Ghim Heng, also known as Zhang Jinxing, was charged in court today for allegedly murdering his wife Madam Choong Pei Shan, 39, and their 4 year old daughter in their flat on the sixth storey of Block 619, Woodlands Drive 52 between 8am and 11am on 20 Jan.

Madam Choong was his second wife. Teo and Choong got married on 7 Dec 2009.

Madam Choong and her daughter were found dead in the bedroom of their flat on the first day of the Chinese New Year on 28 January, more than one week after they had been killed.

Police are investigating the death of the little girl.

Teo faces the death penalty if convicted of murder.
