My mother has been working with a famous toast and coffee franchise in the East for more than 1 & half year.
She has been complaining that she manager will deduct $120 a day for MC taken. I told her it is against MOM rule for such deduction but she is afraid of confrontation with the management. The manager even dare to challenge any staff to report such arrangement. He said “I will sack u for being a difficult staff”!!!
So my mother has to continue show up for work even when she had MC, handling food even when sick!
My mother say no work no $$$; so thats life!
