4 WOMEN ARRESTED AFTER PHOTO OF TIED UP TODDLERS APPEAR ON FACEBOOK

4 women have been arrested for alleged abuse of children after photos of children who were “tied up” with makeshift ropes and clothing appeared on Facebook.

A photograph of 3 children lying on the floor with their mouths gagged with cloth has caused an uproar among netizens in Malaysia and Singapore.

The abuse allegedly took place in a nursery in Bangi, Malaysia. Among those detained are the 46 year-old manager of the nursery.

The children have been sent to the hospital for check ups after police reports were filed on Tuesday.
