A netizen, Branson Tan, has uploaded a controversial video showing an unknown man filming himself while in the act of setting fire to the entrances of 2 HDB flats.
Netizens who saw the posting claim that Branson was the one in the video setting fire to the badly vandalized row of flats.
In the video, someone holding a flaming object was seen loitering outside HDB flats sprayed with a black flammable liquid. The video shows the unknown man throwing the flaming object onto the liquid, which started a raging fire. The video cuts off when the fire was set.
