Maybe it’s because of the CNY period, where many people are buying things and putting it as delivery items. But NTUC definitely have poor delivery service.
The delivery service make me wait and wait. On the day they reschedule to turn up, they did not turn up again. My order supposed to be sent on the 17th January, anytime between 6pm to 10pm. I waited until 11pm, but still no sign of them. Not a single call or message from the deliveryman or customer service. What is happening NTUC? Why this very bad delivery service?
Already spent time waiting, but delivery never came, and no word on whether they will come and make me wait another day.
