HDB SENDS THREATENING LETTER ASKING OWNER TO REMOVE PET CAT OR FACE CONSEQUENCES

Netizen Alfredo shared a HDB warning letter received by his friend telling him to get rid of his pet cat or they will take further punitive action against him after neighbours complained about the cat’s presence to HDB.

In the letter, HDB claimed that cats are prone to roaming around the estate, defecating and shedding fur in the process. They also make catwauling noises which was a nuisance to the neighbourhood.
