It is precisely because we will not get “Angles” in power all the time, that is why we need a system which could provide REAL checks and balances, as well as a mechanism that could kick out unscrupulous rulers or the ruling elites if they turned crooks! That’s the essence of Democracy, the most fundamental assumption that Democratic principles made with regards to the need of Democracy for a country.
