RAPIST RAPES 13 Y.O. GIRL AFTER SEEING GANG LEADER DO THE SAME

Full-time National Serviceman, Alson Tan Yu Seng, was charged in court for raping a 13 year old girl. He had committed the offence when he was 15 years old, inspired by his gang leader, Koh Rong Guang, 24, and helped by two others who help to pin the girl down.

He was also charged with rioting. The case against the other gang members is pending.

One of his gang members, Tan Wei Guang, 19, originally met the victim through facebook and managed to win her trust. She also developed feelings for him.

In December 2013, the gang leader Koh called the victim and asked her to meet them at Yew Tee Food Court. Koh, Alson and two gang members waited for her. When she arrived, Koh Rong Guang felt horny. He raped her while his gang members watched. He ordered the others to be silent about it.

On another day in December 2013, the victim went looking for Tan Wei Guang while he was at a basketball court in Bukit Panjang with Alson Tan and Bryan Ong Jing Chong, 18. They lured the girl to Blk 623, Senja Road which was Alson Tan’s flat. Alson Tan, who was inspired by his gang leader’s act, proceeded to rape the girl for the second time while the other two boys helped him subdue her. In 2014, the victim made a police report and revealed what had happened.

For raping an underage girl, Alson Tan Yu Seng could be sentenced to eight years in jail and 12 strokes of the cane if he is tried as an adult. His sentence is pending a reformative training report. Sentencing has been postponed to January 25, 2016.
