Noticed lately that there are more spas opening up their shops in neighbourhood estates. Some spas open 24 hours, near kopitiam or beside supermarket, not even in town centres, but in the heart of the HDB estates.
Are all these spas the good ones, not those shady types? How come I see mostly uncles and young men go to the spas, and mostly at night only? The people working at the spas are certified or not? How come spas can easily open in HDB estates one? No more checks done by the authorities?
I sincerely hope these spas are lawful, not those shady ones normally found in back alleys far away from housing estates, or at Orchard Towers.
