TRANSCAB DRIVER DROVE OFF WITH MY BELONGINGS, CUSTOMER SERVICE WON’T HELP

I took a Trans cab from Serangoon North Ave 5 to Whampoa Road.

Left my MacBook Air together with a laptop sleeve and some notes on the cab.

Chased after the cab, but driver didn’t stop.

Called the company to lodge a Lost and Found report.

It’s been 24 hours and no one called back to the call center when I called them back.

Even if the driver didn’t find the laptop, he could have called back to say that he was the driver and these call center people can track the driver GPS.

However, the call center person. I called the next day, didn’t let me finish speaking and hung up my call while I was still talking!!!!!

Really furious, because even transcab drivers have told me before how horrible Transcab is.

Transcab should really close down if they have no intention of coming out as a service staff.

Drivers, call center operators,even their website when i tried to leave a feedback, it was an error message.
