Dear All Singapore Stuff,
A boy in Kajang, Malaysia was supposed to undergo a routine circumcision procedure at a clinic in Taman Cheras Utama.
Unfortunately for him, the doctor who was handling the laser accidentally sliced off the top part of the boy’s penis.
The boy was rushed to the hospital to have the glans of his penis reattached.
The victim’s father who is a government school teacher was so angry that he lodged a police report about the clinic.
The clinic had been in operation for 15 years and the doctor who handled the boy’s failed circumcision was a graduate from a Pakistani university. The clinic was however not registered under the Health Ministry of Malaysia.
