To Ms Fadilah,

When u called this morning regards ur vanity cabinet, my colleague told you we can do the service for u but that will be a charge then u will call for media. Our warranty period is two years and whenever u called us for minor touch up we never rejected u and charge u a single cents previously. Your lightings issue not by our supplier we also rectified for u and ur plumbing issues etc.

Your dad house is done by us in 2006 and should know what kind of service we have provided all these years, he has refer many customers to me. Your both uncles house were done by us. They don’t encounter any problems.

We do not even have chance to go down and view your situation and u said we are not responsible, do u think is fair?
