UBEREATS RIDERS THROW AWAY THE FOOD WHEN THEY CAN’T FIND CUSTOMERS

They Uber dont even bother to get back to customer when they Ubereats owe customer refund because of food not delivered after payment has been made..for your info the customer service is located in philippines..just to share with you , the reason they did not receive your food is because

1) rider cannot see the full address on the app
2) address is wrong
3) rider could not contact customer because they do not have customer telephone number because Uber does not allow Rider to have the customer number

So what happen is , whenever a rider could not locate the customer..they will just dispose the food , the reason they do that is because ..the rider need to deliver minimum 3 order per shift

Shift 1: 11am to 2pm
Shift 2: 6pm to 9pm

Failure to do so , they the rider will waste the entire 3 hours of working and will not be paid anything by uber. That is why they are always rushing to find order
