Disgraced cafe The Western Co. which faced a huge social media backlash for its nasty haughty replies to one of its customers has apparent changed hands. The Western Co. announced on its Facebook page that the company has been bought over by new owners and is under new management.

It promised to serve good food and conduct themselves with good customer service.

“We are glad to announce that we have taken over The Western Co, it is now under new management and ownership. Yes! Finally!

With that, we promise good food will be served and definitely with good customer service. Stay tuned for promotions, cheap beers and NETS payment. ps: They are on the way!

Sadly, it appears that netizens are an unforgiving bunch. Instead of giving the news owners an opportunity for a fresh start, most of the replies to The Western Co.’s announcement was met with skepticism and disbelief. Here are some of their replies.
