This morning, at about 10am, SIngtel informed its customers via its Facebook page that their fibre broadband is experiencing difficulties.

As early as 9am, many Singtel users were already complaining on social media that their Singtel internet was down.

Singtel did not share what led to outage in service or how they would need to resolve the problem.

Meanwhile, complains are steadily streaming in, as despite the lack of fibre broadband, customers are still able to get online and kao beh kao bu stink tel.
