A man was caught passing motion in public at Eunos Ave 6 yesterday morning (Nov 29).
The CCTV footage showed a man doing his business. After that, he walked towards a canvas cover and used it to wipe his buttocks.
According to sources, this is the second time in two weeks that someone has taken a dump there.
Apparently, there is a public toilet nearby.
