KIDDY PALACE JURONG POINT SOLD FAULTY BABY CRADLE NOT MEANT FOR SG MARKET, WHY LIKE THAT?

Dear Editors,

Hello to all singapore parents living in the west. Or rather in singapore. Please be aware of this brand’s baby electronic cradle. I bought this at kiddy palace jurong point on 13/11/2016 (with original reciept photo). And yes, it was working well for the past 10 days until today 23/11/2016 at 6pm. I was using 3 springs since i bought it and today, one of the spring just break apart while my 2 months old baby was sleeping soundly.

There was a loud sound of the metal spring breaking and the next moment when i turned to the cradle, the spring was torn apart and my baby was crying falling to a side. I carried my baby out immediately and asked my wife to bring out the box wanting to read the warranty card. Then i realised that on the card it says “not for singapore market”.

Firstly i was thinking why the hell will the spring break all of a sudden. Secondly i was thinking why on earth is there a sticker stating “not for singapore market” when it was purchased at kiddy palace in jurong point?

When i see that sticker, it is not the warranty in my mind anymore. It is about my baby sleeping in the cradle i bought in jurong point which is “not for singapore market”. And how many parents in singapore are using this electronic cradle. I do not know. But please. If you are using this brand of electronic cradle. Please please. Stop using it for your baby’s safety. Please share this around for all parents in singapore, for them to be aware of this. I’m sure all parents care about their baby just like i do.
