MAN REPORTS “CRACK” TO TOWN COUNCIL ONLY TO REALISE THAT IT WAS PURPOSELY CUT BY CONTRACTOR

A man wrote to Pasir Ris – Punggol Town Council (PRPG-TC) about a “crack” he saw near a staircase lobby.

He was later informed by the Town Council that the crack or groove was purposely cut by the contractor to solve the issue with stagnant water at the reported location.
