WHY IS SG VANCOUVER CONSULATE USING A GMAIL ADDRESS TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE PUBLIC?

Dear Editor,

someone in a overseas SGP FB grp was complaining about no response after 4 emails from the Singapore Vancouver consulate .. and when we looked at the consulate page.. and realized it was a gmail.com address!!!
rest of other consulate in the US n canda uses a mfa.sg address
