KK WOMEN’S & CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL CELEBRATES WORLD PREMATURITY DAY

Preemies are babies born prematurely, often having to struggle to stay alive. Most of these preemies stay at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit or Special Care Nursery for weeks to months before they are ready to leave the hospital to be at home with their families.

World Prematurity Day is celebrated on 17 November every year, a day when we honour all our Superhero preemies, for their admirable strength in their journeys of survival and growth. Together with their parents, we proudly present some of our KKH Superhero preemies! Check out their Superhero traits!
